The Winchester is the only chair in the Theorem range with a **momentum mechanism** — a powered rocking motion rather than a fixed position. Theorem states it enhances relaxation, supports circulation and promotes better quality sleep, and identifies three use cases: unwinding, post-operative recovery, and settling a newborn. That last one is worth noting, because it means this chair is often specified for a parent or carer rather than for the client, which is an unusual but legitimate line in a home care assessment. Alongside the momentum motion it carries power headrest and power lumbar adjustment, so spinal alignment can still be set for the individual, plus heated seating and shiatsu massage. The remote is wireless and doubles as a phone charger — relevant where a trailing hand control cable is a trip or entanglement risk. The chair uses plush ergonomic cushioning and a standard powered reclining action for transfers. One standard size. One colourway: Sage Yates.
