Some clients need equipment now while funding is still being assessed. Others are not yet certain a long term purchase is warranted. Hire covers both.
Most of our range is available, including adjustable beds, pressure care mattresses, manual and power wheelchairs, hoists and bathroom equipment. Availability varies by item and by region, so it is worth checking before you commit to a date with a client.
A trial is different, and it is free. If you only need to find out whether a product suits a client, book a trial rather than a hire.

| Setup and demonstration | We deliver, install and demonstrate the equipment so the client and their carers know how to use it safely before we leave. |
| If something stops working | We repair or replace it at no cost. Faults are ours to fix. |
| Ending a hire | Four weeks notice. If the client dies, or a treating clinician documents that the equipment is no longer clinically appropriate, the hire ends when we collect and we refund whole weeks not used. |
| Cleaning between hires | Every item is professionally reconditioned and hygienically cleaned before it goes to the next client. |
| Funding | Hire can often be funded through NDIS or a Home Care Package, particularly on an interim basis while a longer term request is assessed. We can provide an itemised hire quote for submission. |
Available on the Studio Care AdaptAir Pro pressure care mattress system. Hire payments count toward the purchase price, and no interest is charged at any point.

| Buying the unit | The purchase price is the retail price less every hire payment you have made. You will never pay more than the purchase price in total. Once your hire payments reach the retail price, the unit is yours at no further cost. |

Full hire terms are provided in writing with your quote before anything is signed. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
