A quad-motor lift recliner with independent head and legrest control plus power lumbar support, operated by a USB hand control on the side of the chair. Independent control of back and legrest is the clinically important part: it allows a rest position to be set without forcing the hips and knees into a fixed relationship, and supports safe sit-to-stand transfers for users with lower limb weakness or balance impairment by raising to a near-standing position. The independent headrest and lumbar support let seating posture be tuned per client, supporting spinal alignment and reducing postural fatigue over long sitting periods. Contoured cushioning over a high-density foam seat base distributes weight and reduces peak pressure for clients at mild to moderate risk of skin breakdown — at higher risk it should be paired with an appropriate pressure cushion rather than relied on alone. Both the Studio Standard and Studio Petite are DVA approved, which matters where funding runs through that pathway. Standard: 159 kg capacity, seat width 57.1 cm, seat depth 54.6 cm, seat-to-floor 46.9 cm, overall 96.5 cm wide × 106.6 cm deep × 106.6 cm high. Petite: 136 kg capacity, seat width 50.8 cm, seat depth 45.7 cm, seat-to-floor 45.7 cm, overall 91.4 × 96.5 × 101.6 cm. Three colourways in Santa Barbara fabric: Fog, Latte and Bark.
