A dual-motor petite chair — the entry point of the Theorem range and the one to reach for when space is the constraint. Dual motor means the back and legrest move together on a fixed relationship rather than independently, which is a real limitation if the prescription calls for setting hip and knee angles separately; where it does not, it makes the chair simpler to operate and less expensive. It carries independent head and legrest positioning, power lumbar support, and a footrest extension for users whose lower legs would otherwise be unsupported. An all-close-and-lift button returns the chair from any position to the lift position in one press, which matters for a user who cannot manage a sequence of button holds or who becomes disoriented part-way through repositioning. Control is by a remote attached to the side of the recliner. The power lift raises to a near-standing position to support sit-to-stand transfers for users with lower limb weakness or balance impairment. Contoured cushioning over a high-density foam seat base distributes weight for clients at mild to moderate risk of skin breakdown. The Alperton is DVA approved. Available in Petite size only, in two Merino colourways: Fresh and Latte.
