The SuperHigh contour cushion suits individuals who require extra pelvic and hip immersion, or who have muscle tone patterns requiring substantial thigh lateral control. Where extremity support cannot be maintained through external thigh laterals, or where thigh laterals cannot be fitted at all, the SuperHigh contour provides that support and stabilisation through the cushion itself. Also suited to users with a symmetrical or asymmetrical sitting posture requiring correction, control or accommodation, who need pelvic comfort and pressure relief, and a high degree of pelvic stability and specific contouring. Removable lateral rigidisers add extra thigh support and alignment, and the positioning base accommodates tight hamstrings and lack of hip flexion. Strategic contouring pads allow on-the-spot customisation. Trough height 80mm on 8 to 13 inch widths and 100mm on 14 inch and above — the deepest in the Spex Classic range; product weight 2.0kg. No maintenance required.
