The 12" drive wheel version of the Maverick. Against the 14", the smaller drive wheel trades some obstacle clearance for a tighter, lower package — the choice comes down to whether the user's day is mostly indoors or mostly out. 6" castors front and rear give stability across the base rather than concentrating it, and the footplate is built to stay stable under load, which matters for a user who pushes down through the footplate during transfers. Adjustability worth noting at fitting: the armrests adjust for both **width and height**, and flip up for lateral transfers. The joystick bracket swings back as standard — so the user can get close to a table or bench without the joystick blocking the approach, and a carer can reach across without dismantling anything. Those three together decide whether the chair works at a kitchen bench or fights it. An R300 10" cross-brace power seat lifter is optional, and the chair disassembles for transport. Capacity 204 kg (450 lb).
