The positioning cushion of the range rather than the skin-protection one. The shape is anatomically contoured with a waffled ischial relief recess — material removed under the ischial tuberosities to offload the highest-pressure points while the surrounding contour holds the pelvis. The outer cover is reversible. A Pelvic Obliquity Kit accommodates a 0.5" or 1" obliquity and can be fitted to the PS. A cushion rigidiser — a lightweight plastic insert fitted inside the cover beneath the foam, spanning the seat rails — gives level support and removes the hammock effect of sling upholstery. Custom modifications cover seat width and depth reductions and leg length discrepancy, on extended lead time. Standard widths 16", 18", 20" in depths 16", 18", 20". A paediatric PS is available in 10"–14" widths with depths 10", 12", 14" and 16" (16" on 10" widths only), rated to 68 kg, in Kid*ab*ra Meshtex, Blizzard Blue, Pink Lollipop or Black Startex. Heavy-duty widths run 21"–30" in depths 18"–30", rated to 272 kg.
