From the manufacturer

**Available at 205 kg and 250 kg — confirm which frame is on the quote.** **Seat height and seat angle both adjust, and the angle is the feature worth understanding.** A small backward tilt on the seat helps a client stay put rather than sliding forward, which supports sitting tolerance for someone with weak trunk control. But the same tilt makes standing up harder, because it drops the hips below the knees and the client has to travel further forward to get their weight over their feet. So the angle is a genuine trade-off between **staying seated safely** and **getting up independently**, and it should be set from the client's actual goal rather than left at the factory position. For someone whose difficulty is rising, set it flatter. For someone who slides out of chairs, tilt it. **The curved padded backrest** gives contact across the lumbar region rather than a flat plane, which helps maintain the lumbar curve and keep the pelvis upright. Without that, the pelvis rolls back into sacral sitting — which loads the sacrum where pressure injuries form. **Positioned for dining and household activity**, and that is a real distinction from a lounge or lift chair. A dining-height chair keeps the client at the table with everyone else rather than seated apart in a recliner, which is a participation outcome worth naming in a report. **Fit checks before ordering:** - **Seat depth** — two to three fingers between the back of the knee and the seat edge - **Seat width** — roughly 25 mm clearance each side of the hips, no more - **Seat height** — feet flat, hips level with or slightly above the knees
