A versatile skin protection and positioning cushion composed of a dynamic fluid and foam layering system, with a moisture-resistant inner cover and an anti-microbial outer cover. The top layer is gel-infused soft Visco memory foam, with an extra layer covering the pelvic loading area; the gel-infused memory foam has a cooling effect as airflow through the surface increases and the gel absorbs heat, distributing weight for pressure reduction. Beneath the Visco foam, the JAY Flow fluid insert conforms to each individual's contours for even pressure distribution beneath the pelvis and reduced risk of skin breakdown, with no maintenance required. The dual-cover system pairs a water-resistant inner cover with Aqua-guard zipper and anti-wicking thread with a machine-washable stretch outer cover using anti-microbial silver-impregnated Ionic+ fibre, plus a 3DX spacer fabric layer that promotes airflow and dissipates heat and moisture. Widths and depths 14 to 24 inches. Standard profile 4.5 inches, reduced profile 3.5 inches. Total weight 2kg on a 16 by 18 inch cushion. Maximum user weight 150kg for 14 to 21 inch widths, 227kg for 22 to 24 inch.
