Designed for the client with extreme long-term risk of skin breakdown and symmetrical to aggressive postural needs, who is unable to weight shift or reposition. It features a firm base with an anatomically correct well and the JAY Deep Fluid Tripad with a soft foam overlay. The contoured foam base is constructed from closed cell foam, making it easy to modify in the factory or in the field, and provides lateral and forward stability for individuals with changing needs or unique postures. A wide range of postural support accessories is available. Three cover options: Stretch, AirExchange (standard) and Moisture/Incontinence-Resistant. Widths 14 to 24 inches, depth 14 to 20 inches, height 4.5 inches. Total weight 5.4kg. Maximum user weight 150kg for 14 to 21 inch widths, 227kg for 22 inch and above.
