Designed for the client at high risk of skin breakdown, with symmetrical through to aggressive postural needs that change over time, and for clients unable to weight shift or reposition with limited postural stability. The contoured foam base is constructed from closed cell foam, making it easy to modify in the factory or in the field, and an extensive selection of positioning components is available; the base provides lateral and forward stability for individuals with changing needs or unique postures. The JAY Flow fluid tripad conforms to each individual's shape, adjusts to sitting position and ensures proper fluid placement beneath bony prominences, with a zero-maintenance design. Three cover options are available: Stretch, which allows proper immersion and prevents pressure increase from surface tension; AirExchange, which promotes airflow and dissipates heat and moisture; and Moisture/Incontinence-Resistant, which protects the foam base from moisture build-up. Widths 14 to 24 inches, depths 14 to 20 inches. Standard height 2.5 inches, Deep Contour 4.5 inches. Total weight 5.4kg. Maximum user weight 150kg for 12 to 21 inch widths, 227kg for 22 inch and above.
