A comfortable skin protection and positioning cushion composed of a multi-layered foam base, moisture-resistant inner cover and anti-microbial outer cover. The dual-layered foam base combines structural support and comfort; foam firmness is determined by cushion width, which directly corresponds with client weight, giving optimised immersion for each individual. The top layer of soft Visco memory foam conforms to the individual and distributes weight over a larger area for pressure reduction and comfort. The dual-cover system pairs a water-resistant inner cover with Aqua-guard zipper and anti-wicking thread with a machine-washable stretch outer cover using anti-microbial silver-impregnated Ionic+ fibre, plus a 3DX spacer fabric layer that promotes airflow and dissipates heat and moisture. Widths and depths 14 to 24 inches. Total weight 1.5kg based on an 18 by 18 inch cushion. Maximum user weight 150kg for 14 to 21 inch widths, 227kg for 22 to 24 inch.
