An adjustable wheelchair pressure cushion designed for skin protection, combining the J2's skin protection capabilities with the J3's stability. The multi-layered contoured foam base is constructed from closed cell foam, with a soft contoured top layer providing additional positioning; its femoral transition and rear wall help prevent fluid migration while gently supporting the trochanters and posterior pelvis. The width of the pelvic loading area is determined using average pelvic bone measurements for each cushion width, offering forward and lateral stability with optimal immersion and weight distribution. Available with JAY Flow fluid or air inserts — fluid conforms to the individual's shape and ensures placement beneath bony prominences, while air levels may be adjusted in the field to accommodate asymmetrical postures and changing needs. The dual-cover system pairs a water-resistant inner cover with Aqua-guard zipper and anti-wicking thread with a machine-washable stretch outer cover using anti-microbial silver-impregnated Ionic+ fibre, plus a 3DX spacer fabric layer to dissipate heat and moisture. Widths and depths 14 to 24 inches. Total weight 2.4kg on a 16 by 18 inch cushion. Maximum user weight 150kg for 14 to 21 inch, 227kg for 22 to 24 inch.
