Designed for the client with symmetrical or mild asymmetrical posture and moderate postural support requirements, offering moderate lateral as well as forward and rearward stability. Suited to clients at moderate risk of skin breakdown and shear who can weight shift independently. The lightweight precontoured foam base has sacral and seat rail notches; the sacral notch at the rear prevents tissue breakdown around the coccyx caused by bouncing or posterior pelvic tilt. Built-in medial and lateral thigh supports promote optimal thigh positioning, with significant lateral and medial thigh contours for clients requiring greater positioning. The cushion comes with a choice of curved base for use on a seat sling or flat base for a solid seat pan or solid insert, so stability is maintained on any of these surfaces. Incontinence or microclimatic covers are available, with a solid seat as an option. Widths 14 to 24 inches, depths 14 to 24 inches, height 3 inches. Total weight 6kg. Maximum user weight 150kg.
