**Maximum climbable obstacle 45 mm. Ground clearance 50 mm.** Say this plainly to the client: **a standard Australian kerb is 100–150 mm, so this scooter will not mount one.** It is designed for footpaths, shopping centres and level ground with kerb ramps. If the client's route includes a kerb without a ramp, this is the wrong scooter. **Floor-to-seat height adjusts 370–420 mm** — the measurement that decides whether the client can transfer on and off safely. Match it to their chair or bed height rather than accepting the default setting. **Driving unit width 505 mm.** Measure internal doorways before committing, particularly if the scooter is to be stored or charged indoors. **Turning diameter 2200 mm** — needs a genuine 2.2 metres to come about. Fine in a shopping centre aisle, tight in a domestic hallway. **LiteLock tool-free disassembly, under a minute.** The practical test is not whether it comes apart but whether the person loading it can lift the heaviest piece. Check that with whoever will actually be doing the loading. **The battery charges either on the scooter or removed from it.** This is a genuinely useful detail and easy to miss. Where the scooter is stored in a garage or carport with no power point, a removable battery is the difference between the scooter being usable and not. Seating: backrest width 465 mm, backrest height 385 mm, seat depth 400 mm. Battery 2 × 18 Ah. Maximum safe slope 6° (10.5° in some configurations — confirm which applies). **Options worth pricing:** a larger wheel set and battery pack for longer distances and rougher surfaces, and an 'easy fit' seat suspension kit. If the client's route includes cobbles, gravel or poorly maintained footpath, price the larger wheels at the outset rather than retrofitting.
