**Safe working load 320 kg** — a bariatric floor lifter, and the highest-capacity hoist in this range. The design decisions are all aimed at the two problems that come with bariatric transfers: **Patient space.** A large open cradle rather than a narrow yoke, so the client is not pinched or squeezed at the shoulders during the lift. On a standard hoist this is a real source of distress and skin damage at higher body weights. Uses a SPACELINK linkage to increase usable lift space and maximum lift height. **Access.** An extra-low base to get under beds and chairs, with a class-leading lift height at the top of range. **Base length 1420 mm** — check turning space in the room, because a hoist of this length needs more clearance than a standard lifter to be manoeuvred around a bed. The electric leg-spread actuator is concealed, which both improves cleaning and leaves clear floor space for the carer to walk behind the hoist rather than around it. A lithium battery pack is standard, giving more lifts per charge — relevant in a facility where the hoist is in constant use and downtime for charging is a real constraint. Emergency stop plus manual lowering on the actuator, and duplicate hand controls on the control box for when the handset cannot be used.
