A dual-motor riser recliner with **26° of tilt-in-space and independent, reduced-shear backrest recline**. Independence is the clinically significant part: tilt and recline operate separately, so the seat-to-back angle can be held while the whole unit tilts — which is what allows pressure redistribution without the shear at the sacrum and scapulae that plain recline produces. Three rise functions are available — standard (23°), medium (14°) and flat (2°). Flat rise matters where a user cannot tolerate being tipped forward at the hip, or where a standing transfer is not the goal. The subframe is built to clear transfer equipment: compatible with the Cricket, ReTurn 7500 and Molift Raiser, with Sara Stedy-compatible arms available. A drop-down armrest is optional on either side to make sling placement and lateral transfers easier. Worth checking against the client's existing handling plan before specifying — it is the difference between a chair that fits the care routine and one that fights it. Pressure management: pressure-reducing fabric with a continuous overlay carrying thigh support, plus an integrated self-supply overlay so an existing prescribed pressure cushion can be fitted rather than replaced. Backrests are interchangeable — multi-adjustable pillow, lateral support, and Cocoon (nine individually adjustable cells). Seat width 400–550 mm, seat depth 450 or 500 mm, seat height 375–500 mm. Backrest angle 100° standard, 128° reclined. Duratek vapour-permeable fabric, full VP optional. **Medium frame:** overall width 800 mm, height 1115 mm, length 940 mm, and 1660 mm deep with the legrest elevated — check that last figure against the room, it is the number people forget.
