The Dreamline Support cushion is lightweight, has 30mm contouring providing increased stability & pressure distribution. Being low in height makes it suited to active users who are at risk of pressure and require some stability support. This cushion is also useful when used in conjunction with external hip guide & Pommel supports as the mild contouring enables supports to be positioned asymmetrically as desired. Included with each cushion: Breathable 3D Mesh full stretch outer cover with non-slip base & compact concealed handle. Urethane 3-way stretch water resistant inner cover with non-slip base & water-resistant zip. Positioning pad system included for correcting & accommodating asymmetrical postures.

Independently tested at a rehabilitation institution, the Dreamline Support cushion displays better pressure redistribution than traditionally contoured pressure-relieving foam cushions, and exhibited minimal variance when alternating the pelvic tilt angle between posterior and anterior. Its bubble-contouring curved top surface gently restricts forward migration of the pelvis, naturally reducing the risk of shear pressure regardless of sitting position. The mild forward curvature relieves pressure constriction to blood vessels behind the knee, helping improve circulation to the lower limbs. Supplied with a breathable 3D mesh full-stretch outer cover with non-slip base and concealed handle, a urethane three-way stretch water-resistant inner cover, and a positioning pad system for accommodating asymmetrical postures.
