The Dreamline shoulder harness range assists spinal extension, conforming to the user's body while utilising key points of control. Dreamline positioning products provide comfortable anterior support to help safely and securely stabilise the user in their seat, using custom designed extra-ribbed nylon belts for added grip, stainless steel adjusters and 10mm thick soft resilient pads. Accessories include reversible zip-on washable protector sleeves to protect the harness from food and saliva, and a harness retainer kit that ensures the harness is accurately positioned over the user's shoulders. The H-harness features a cross strap positioned low on the trunk for increased safety. Sizes range from extra small at 210mm by 320mm to extra large at 520mm by 600mm.
