The Dreamline Contour wheelchair cushion has 60mm high contouring providing maximum support, stability and pressure distribution to the user. The high contouring of this cushion act as inbuilt hip guide and abductor pommel supports. Thel Lateral sides and pommel sections of this cushion are reinforced with high density closed cell foam for extra stability. Included with each cushion Breathable 3D Mesh full stretch outer cover with non-slip base and compact concealed handle. 4-way stretch water resistant inner cover with non-slip base and water-resistant zip. Positioning pad system included for correcting and accommodating asymmetrical postures.

Independently tested at a rehabilitation institution, the Dreamline Contour cushion displays better pressure redistribution than traditionally contoured pressure-relieving foam cushions, and exhibited minimal variance when alternating the pelvic tilt angle between posterior and anterior. The cushion's bubble-contouring curved top surface gently restricts forward migration of the pelvis, naturally reducing the risk of shear pressure regardless of sitting position. The mild forward curvature relieves pressure constriction to blood vessels behind the knee, helping improve circulation to the lower limbs. Each Dreamline cushion incorporates a system of detachable pads for accommodating or correcting asymmetrical postures; the pads may be layered according to the degree of asymmetry, positioned anywhere on the base of the cushion, and cut to shape.
