A low-profile two-point support that closes with hook-and-loop rather than a buckle — the option for users with limited hand function, or for anyone who simply cannot manage a buckle independently. The moulded end tab is flexible with a thumb loop that is easy to catch hold of, and the hook-and-loop material is extra-fine so it holds securely while staying smooth against the skin. Bodypoint positions it alongside the Monoflex for trunk instability, where the user is at risk of, or afraid of, falling forward, or has a lateral flexion tendency. It also suits intermittent instability — a power chair user who is stable most of the time but not through stop-and-go or over uneven ground. It can be used across the lower ribs as an alternative to a four-point harness in lordosis. Slip-on Pads are available separately where more surface area or padding is wanted. One size fits all, mounting to the back support or the wheelchair frame, and it will fit almost any wheelchair. A hip belt or other pelvic support must also be worn whenever an anterior trunk support is used, for both safety and effective positioning.
