**Low point 380 mm (base only), high point 680 mm.** Note **"base only"** — the 380 mm figure excludes the mattress. Add mattress thickness to get real seat height for transfers. On a 200 mm mattress the actual sitting height is closer to 580 mm, which is above comfortable transfer height for most people. Measure the assembled bed, not the base. This is not a floor-level bed. If reducing fall injury is the clinical goal, the Lo Lo or ErgoAdjust Lo Lo drop to 230 mm and are the right specification. **Hi-Lo lift across the full range**, which is what makes this suitable where entry and exit is the difficulty rather than positioning. **Programmable preset positions with wireless hand control.** Presets are the feature that preserves independence — one button returns the bed to a known good position, instead of the user holding a rocker switch and guessing. That is exactly the fiddly task that leads to someone attempting a transfer from the wrong height. The trade-off with wireless: it can be dropped out of reach or lost. Where the user has cognitive impairment or limited reach, a wired control is often the safer choice — the Lo Lo uses one. USB charging ports on **both sides** of the bed, and under-bed lighting for night-time orientation. Vibration massage is a comfort feature rather than a clinical one; describe it as such in a report. Sizes: Half Queen 76×203 cm (95 kg), Long Single 92×203 (105 kg), King Single 107×203 (109 kg), Double 137×188 (124 kg), Long Double 137×203 (128 kg). Those weights are the bed's own — relevant if it has to be carried up stairs or moved between rooms.
